Another shooting school, just another day in America

Gaslighting. No, it is DEMOCRATS that fought for slavery.

Look who's back! We missed you so!

Give us one, "fallacy". We miss it :)

By the way, the "Democrats" you speak of at the time of the Civil War were actually "Dixiecrats" who all switched parties to protest segregation and the Civil Rights act. This is a common wing nut gaslight argument. Fail.

I bought a 6.5MM Mannlicher Carcano carbine from Kmart just when Kresge's was first opening strip mall stores as opposed to downtown Five and Dimes.
You need to be old to remember that.

It cost nine bucks and was worth even less. As an Italian, it pains me to say that, but it's true.
I can't imagine how Oswald hit Kennedy with a piece of crap like that.

I have no trouble with anybody owning bolt action rifles--even I have a couple, nine firearms overall, although I've no use for them anymore--
but military type weapons with thirty-cartridge magazines are a different story in my view.

Obviously, you can't shoot a gun properly.

Better health care/mental health care + fewer WMD firearms = fewer dead Americans. Simple math, unless of course you're a Reichwing gun-humper.

Some 400 million guns, and only one was involved in this school shooting. Do the math. A special pleading fallacy denies mathematics.

Back then we didn't have white supremacist incel social media.

The perp is black and an ex-football player, shit for brains.

Oh, so if he came from a two parent family, was as passive as a lamb, and never was bullied, although

I find it difficult how a player on a major collegiate football team was bullied, none of this would have happened?

Considering America’s divorce rate is close to 50%, must be a lot of people out there coming from single parent families we better start worrying about

Probably.

You obviously have never been in a locker room. Bullying is very common.

And a lot of people have a father that is present in their lives even if he does not live in the same house.

Getting back to the top of the thread, why do people have a hard time accepting the obvious?

As long as we keep this republic intact, this republic will be the perpetual shooting gallery that the framers knew that it would be.

People claim to be proud of being American, and yet refuse to accept what being American entails.
If you're proud of being American, shut the fuck up about the guns.
Nobody, however, says that you have to be proud of being American.

We're Americans. We're subject to being shot at any time.
That's as much a part of it as free speech, the right to vote, and whatever other rights the present SCOTUS hasn't revoked yet.

If you're not cool with potentially being in the crosshairs at any time, stop being such a fucking true believer and seek an alternative to the present republic.
As long as you keep the present one, gunplay will be the national sport as protected and encouraged by our constitution.

It's amazing how Pollyannas want to keep their cake and eat it too. Amazing but pathetic. I've no respect for that kind of thinking.
