Only in Alabama!

Thinks reptile eggs are the same as mammalian eggs. LOL

What's really sad here is that the Alt-Right has undermined public education so much that US voters are now as poorly educated as volsrock.

Vols is just a dumb hillbilly right in line with Alabama and Mississippi

In California, the killing of an unborn ""CHILD"" (fetus) is murder and is covered under Penal Code Section 187. The California Supreme Court has ruled that knowledge of the existence of the fetus is not required to convict of murder (People v. Taylor (2004) 32 Cal. 4th 863, 868).

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...o-lost-eggs-embryos-fertility-clinic-n1270439 there are all kinds of lawsuits where negligence is involved... how does a clinic in Alabama let a patient get into their lab and drop Frozen embryos anyway? They should be responsible for the loss... Frozen embryos that are transferred or used for research or destroyed are a part of an IVF contract... they're just not carelessly discarded or ruined... no one is going to be forced to do anything with them...lol... this new ruling is for very specific circumstances....

This hospital is just putting on a show saying that their programs are paused and being reviewed... No one is being denied IVF... and won't be...

Quick. Time to check on what the new shifting talking point is, as clinic after clinic across Alabama is now shutting down this procedure.

2023 Minnesota Statute

609.2663 MURDER OF UNBORN CHILD IN THE THIRD DEGREE.

Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any unborn child or person, causes the death of an unborn child by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human or fetal life, is guilty of murder of an unborn child in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.

I guess they can't trust themselves to not be negligent.... I guess they don't care about their patients and their potential children...

“Even before birth,” he added, “all human beings have the image of God, and their lives cannot be destroyed without effacing his glory.”

He's also a Nazi, a white supremacist and supports shredding the Constitution.

The far left Democratic Socialist loons are too stupid to realize the far reaching ramifications of this.

Since embryos are people, do they change into non-people at 1-2-6-8 months?

Killing people is against the law.

The life and death of the unborn people transcend politics.

And transcend the rights of the already born?

They will exit the states that deem these types of law worthy of passing

That means people will Move from these backwards states

Leaving only right wing voters to be unable to have invitro

Fewer children raised by these fools

Bad ideas usually harm the harborer of the bad ideas too

That's totally a law valid in this situation... getting IVF won't be a problem... how wonderful of you to be so understanding and compassionate though...

If women get the treatment and dont get pregnant they can sue the Dr and Clinic for killing their baby?

It’s gonna happen if they practice in states with those laws

Smart people know that

So they will move to a state that doesn’t have these laws

This will end up on higher court because it defies both common sense and science along with the rights of actual human beings. Human beings, not zygotes.

Why do they need a separate statute for fetuses if fetuses are actually persons?
(a) "Unborn child" means the unborn offspring of a human being conceived, but not yet born.

The definition would seem to preclude the "unborn child" being considered a person.

For a man like you, who intentionally kills all of his sperm cells splattering onto his computer screen- STFU already!

Thanks in advance!

Not unless the doctor is clearly negligent... I think women who opt for IVF are very understanding of the procedure and the risks... and the success rates... there are contracts you know... you can look up IVF lawsuits... maybe that will help you better understand...https://www.nytimes.com/2024/02/15/health/cooper-surgical-ivf-embryos-lawsuits.html
