When prosecutors over charge they frequently lose. That is the reason Jack Smith lost in the SC. He over charged in that case. He has over charge in this case. He may win in DC but he will lose in the SC. The guy that prosecuted Casey Anthony over charged her also. And he lost and she was acquitted

I heard Chris Christie the other day on the radio (NPR?).
He's very rational. He said the only thing he might get convicted on is the failure to turn over the classified docs. I have to agree but what would the sentence be? I'd think fairly minor.

It's about damn time. People are going to get killed because of Trump's big mouth and the stupidity and rage of his followers. He should be warned ONE TIME and then tossed in jail to await trial. Speech that incites violence is not protected by the First Amendment. Trump is trying to rally what's left of his troops. While we may not have another 1/6, there are plenty of complete nuts out there (some on this forum) that could act on this rhetoric.

Trump is tampering with witnesses, impacting the jury pool, and inciting violence. He is a menace to the county. It needs to end NOW. If this was anyone else, their ass would be in jail and they would have no access to social media. It's time to treat Trump in a manner befitting his actions.

It's time to cut the head off the snake, so the rest of them will slither back under the rocks they came from.

Something really bad is going to happen if this isn't stopped.

I'm not inclined to do that. Trump isn't threatening to kill anyone either. Hyperbole much? Question: How many BLM protesters were jailed for chanting What do we want? Dead Cops?
