How exactly do you think he's going to communicate with no access to social media while he's sitting in a jail cell? Trump is a moron. His plan apparently is to just confess to every crime he's accused of. It's remarkable. When he isn't inciting violence, he is handing prosecutors more evidence. I guess the fox isn't very bright. Agree with everything you said... except.... he does confess. For example, he said early this week that he could take any classified document he wanted to take, and when he took them, they became declassified. That is like saying 'I have the right to rob that bank, and when I rob it, the money becomes mine'.

Prosecutors go on to list several examples of people who described receiving threats after Trump posted about their refusal to support his false claims about the election. Those names are redacted in the public version of the filing. And they ask that any polling Trump does of potential jurors be reviewed by Chutkan for any language that might prejudice the people being questioned.
