I can find zero evidence of either. But given the massive increase in illegal crossings, the huge increase in drugs being found, and the commensurately unprecedented increase in US drug overdoses and deaths, I'd say the cartels think Biden is a joke.

No... no... no. The unprecedented increase in trump voters overdoses happened before foreign drugs were their main source. Your only complaint is that Mexicans have undercut American prices. Someone is going to provide trump voters their drugs, in some ways it is better for America that they come from Mexico.
