No... no... no. The unprecedented increase in trump voters overdoses happened before foreign drugs were their main source. Your only complaint is that Mexicans have undercut American prices. Someone is going to provide trump voters their drugs, in some ways it is better for America that they come from Mexico.

Notice that all the deaths by January 6th insurrectionists involved drug use? Did trump's people just hand out drugs before they had his followers attack the Capitol Building?

They apologized, they're hardly "pleading" with him. I doubt they think he'll do a fucking thing given he isn't doing shit to secure the border.

As for drugs coming in... The US illegal drug manufacturing industry is miniscule compared to what's coming in from Mexico. About the only thing that isn't being imported from Mexico is marijuana because of its legalization here.

Yeah. A covert operation known only to a select few. Send in the mercenaries. That way if discovered, it'll be plausible deniability.

Mexican cartels are essentially militias that are better armed than some nations. Any time we attempted to rein them in, the Mexican govt. got in the way.

Bush had 'Wide Receiver' and Obama had 'Fast and Furious'. The former was conducted with the knowledge of the Mexican govt, and the latter was not.

Both failed.

If we did the illegal and unthinkable and poured troops into Mexico and ended the cartel, do you think that would solve the drug problem in America? Cartels fall and get replaced. We have been bonfiring money with Nixon's drug policy and the drugs keep coming. We have to do the adult solution and deal with the users. You simply cannot stop drugs from entering the country. Our borders are too big, and they are flown in by fleets of airplanes too. They come by water. They have enormous tunnels under the border wall. Whack a mole with tax dollars and human lives has to end.
