Garland's refusal to indict Trump may be worse than Trump's crime.

It's not hard in a nation that isn't virulently polarized. That, unfortunately, isn't us.

Huge factions of Americas viscerally hate one another, enough to overlook the requirement of justice.

Trump should get away with trying to overthrow the government because some people will not like it?!

And by his "crimes" you mean standing up to you Nazi fucks.
When do you plant to start killing Nazis, son? I suggest starting with the Pedo Nazis. Those fuckers are truly evil.

OTOH, if you’re just a loud-mouthed, limp-dicked geezer venting from his bunk bed at the retirement home, I can understand why you wouldn’t be able to stop those pedo monsters.

I never see you start threads. But I see you trolling the people who do. You're a fucking asshole.
I start threads all the time, but as has been mentioned elsewhere others usually start multiple threads on the same topic.

Nobody is stupid enough to cite the OP in this thread, though. Garland, who I assume you believe is Gardner, hasn't made any statement to bolster your lie in the OP.

Oh look, Douche Duck is shitting on the carpet again, because he can't support his idiocy...

Very few are going to subscribe to NYT to read your citation.

Nevertheless, Ford pre emptively pardoned Nixon before charges were brought, so the point is moot.

Did Garland come out and state that he's not going to bring charges against trump? Doing so on the Fed. level opens the door for a trump pardon in the future. This is progressing in the fashion that it should. Civil trials yield evidence that can be used later for a state level, 'pardon proof' criminal case.

Garland is moving pretty slowly. I think we should all prepare ourselves for a slap on the hand/aka some kind of fine for all trump's crimes.

The facts are, half the nation will be pissed if trump isn't thrown in jail. The majority of the other half are the violent ones - the ones who attacked us on 1/6.

It should not take over 2 years to investigate the facts of 1/6 and the maralardo document theft is pretty cut and dry.

One thing to be optimistic about is that the charges being brought against trump and his clown care are state, not Federal, and a president cannot pardon that. Willis is our only hope. She's our "Obi Wan Kanobi".

And still, you link us to a Senate study of security failures and try to claim that it negates the facts presented by the House.

If that's what you consider 'crushing', I'm amused.

The House only presented evidence they could use to build a case against Trump. That was their sole intent, or are you oblivious to what they were doing?

Any prosecutor worth their salt won't bring a case that has little chance of success forward. That is the reason Garland isn't moving on Trump.

I think it's fear. The MAGAs are the violent ones. The Dems will only sulk if trump isn't indicted and thrown in jail.

Yes, and I know you're going to bring up BLM riots which no Democrat incited.

That's what you get for thinking. You don't do it very well... :awesome: :palm:
