Garland's refusal to indict Trump may be worse than Trump's crime.

You clearly have never held a security clearance. Intent is irrelevant to having documents where you shouldn't that are classified. As for your second example, if you and know I'm going to rob the place, and you leave in the same car as me, your just as guilty as I am.

I know far more than you.

For instance you do not know that prosecution is at the discretion and not mandatory simply because you have documents. YOu keep saying 'but... but... my anecdotal experience.' You will see you are wrong and that Pence and Biden are not charged despite having documents.

Second, you also do not know that obstruction of Justice is a seperate charge and INTENT does matter there. So you can keep referring to the first part (having the documents) as if that is all that is being considered but you are wrong. For obstructionist of Justice, Trumps intent, is what will get him charged and why Pence and Biden, who had no such intent, will not be charged.

Obstruction of justice has nothing to do with classified documents.

(b)For purposes of this section, the provision of documents and materials to the Congress shall not constitute an offense under subsection (a).
(c)In this section, the term “classified information of the United States” means information originated, owned, or possessed by the United States Government concerning the national defense or foreign relations of the United States that has been determined pursuant to law or Executive order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure in the interests of national security.

Intent has nothing to do with law concerning removal and possession of classified documents. You remove the documents, you can be charged.

Tell that to Trump and Barr and their Special Counsel, joke, Durham, who is searching for any case he can

he got a guilty plea from the guy who falsified the warrant that started the whole Russian collusion fiasco........(queue the lib'ral pretending lack of knowledge)...........

Trump cannot escape these crimes. Those he gave orders to steal a truckload of classified documents will likely not lie under oath for him. Trump's crimes were too blatant and he compounded it all by lying to the FBI and hiding documents.

your ignorance is blatant....

OMG you need to stop talking in this topic.

Obstruction of Justice is crime that can apply to EVERY single criminal code. How do you not know that. YOu are so painfully stupid.

You keep giving us false logic that 'If they charge Trump, they have to charge Pence and Biden too', which is stupid and wrong. Trump would be charged with Obstruction of Justice because he obstructed justice. Pence and Biden did not, so they will not be charged.

You replying to this post with 'but... derp... derp... Obstruction of Justice has nothing to go with classified documents' DOES NOT MEAN, that Trump did not commit the crime of Obstructionist of Justice, and that Pence and Biden did not.

he got a guilty plea from the guy who falsified the warrant that started the whole Russian collusion fiasco........(queue the lib'ral pretending lack of knowledge)...........

A guilty plea that had ZERO impact on any of the findings of the Mueller Investigation or the GOP lead Bipartisan Senate Committee findings that established the clear collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians.

Durham's Special Counsel investigation is regarded as the biggest failure in the history of ALL Special Counsel (or their prior versions) such investigations. A true witch hunt, seeking to find crimes they had no evidence of prior, that instead found evidence, from Italian Investigators, that Trump had committed financial crimes, that they buried.

Trump deliberately stole a truckload of classified documents, for some reasons, he has not given. He lied to the FBI after giving some back after fighting to keep them. He copied some on a computer. We still do not know if he has more stashed.
Biden and Pence had some classified documents misplaced. They did not know they had them. When found, they returned them immediately. They went along with every search and did not impede the FBI in their work. They are guilty of a paperwork violation. The FBI does not charge that. They just get the papers back and write the person up for misplacing classified documents.
Trump is guilty of theft and lying to the FBI. Pence and Biden are not.
