One country has most of its infrastructure destroyed, has no heat or lights, has suffered tens of thousands of casualties and its only hope is being propped up by the free money and weapons of the west. The other country has lost some lives, some money and some prestige but has suffered no damage at home otherwise. Imagine calling the war a catastrophe for the second country. LMAO! There's not one single person in the history of JPP who has stated Putin's war has not been disastrous for Ukraine.
I myself have dozens of threads and posts speaking to the war crimes perpetrated on Ukrainians, the destroyed cities, the human cost.

Ukrainians aren't like you. Even this NY Times article quotes the Russian commanders expressing their grudging admiration for Ukrainians for having that classic Slavic tenacity to fight against long odds in defense of home turf.
