Guess u do not know that roads sidewalks in a private community are just that private not public
Do you understand this? Or is this another issue that is too hard for you to understand?
^^^ Explains why he'scannon foddera neo-nazi.
Never pull a weapon unless you intend to use it. Only a fucking moron who's never been properly trained in their use would disagree.
Yes, I fully understand the laws of trespassing along with the laws regarding use of deadly force. Thanks for the link.
Your sympathies for neo-nazis and idiots waving guns is noted, Fredo.you're full of shit.

"Ashli Babbitt’s killer Admitted He Didn’t Know If She Was Threat"
When it is appropriate to use lethal force is a challenge (struggle) for law enforcement. Many of those killed by law enforcement are unarmed. The prevalence of portable video devices has brought to light just how liberally lethal force is used.
OK. Then if officer pussy boots fired his weapon at an unarmed crowd, why didn't all those other officers who were so frightened fire too? For fear of civil or legal recourse? Could it be that the mob was unarmed?
the cop could see no weapon in her hands..so u are saying its OK to open fire when a cops sees that no weapons are in the hands
There's a lot of them. Here's one:

She was breaking into our nation's Capitol building trying to halt the smooth transition of power. I'm sorry she's dead, but she was a racist idiot and the world is a better place without her.
the world is also a better place without many time felon crack head George Floyd that robbed a pregant girl at gun point
Wow. Try that in your own home or on the streets, and see how that works out for you!
While I respect your answer it is really not a struggle at all. An unarmed person does not justify the use of deadly force. Particularly when they are not within your personal threat zone. And shooting without warning is not accepted by any law in this country. Except for congress apparently.
Do you really think Ashli didn't know she was breaking the law? Did she accidentally fall through the window? While I respect your answer it is really not a struggle at all. Indeed he was a coward that was too afraid to arrest a 100lb 5'0" tall woman. He murdered her and ran away. Her shooting wasn't justified because the conditions when she was shot didn't meet federal use of deadly force guidelines. The officer could have come out of that side room or hallway, announced his presence, and confronted her. He did none of that. He didn't shout a warning at her, nada, zip point shit. He fired on her immediately.
That's in total contradiction to federal use of force guidelines. The officer was completely wrong and totally fucked up shooting her.
Look at the half-dozen or so officers on the other side of that door mixed in with the mob. Not one of them drew their weapon. They were dealing with the rioters by physical presence and verbal commands alone. The jackass that shot Babbitt could have done the same, but being a repeat fuck up, he did the wrong thing and shot her.
What makes his offense so much worse is, after he shot her, he fled the scene. Explain that away.
I don't think you can make a blanket statement it's never justified to kill an unarmed person. There's too much gray area and situations where it would be justified. If a suspect attacks an officer, are we expecting the officer to get into a fist fight, risk being knocked unconscious and having the unarmed suspect use his gun against him?
I try to put myself in the situation of the cop in this case. If a clearly angry, violent man/woman was bashing in the front window of my house, should I be able to use lethal force to protect those inside? Should I let them come in through the window, engage in a physical alternation with him/her and hope that I can beat them? Should I call for help and hope that it arrives before they potentially pull a gun or guns from their backpack and use it on me or others inside?
If it was your kid's school (I have no idea if you have kids) and someone was bashing in windows to get into the school, would you want the officer to let them in?

The attack began at 1PM and Babbit was shot as 3:11PM. That's over two hours for the mentally impaired.
How much warning do the Qless need to stop attacking police and our nation's Capitol?

1 p.m. An initial wave of protesters storms the outer police barrier around the Capitol.
3:11 p.m. Rep. Mike Gallagher, R-Wis., tweets a video while sheltering in his office, saying that this was the cost of telling people they could overturn the election.
"Mr. President, you have got to stop this. You are the only person who can call this off. Call it off," Gallagher implores. "The election is over. Call it off."
We are witnessing absolute banana republic crap in the United States Capitol right now. @realdonaldtrump, you need to call this off. pic.twitter.com/0QGx2PlXFY— Rep. Gallagher Press Office (@RepGallagher) January 6, 2021
Around the same time, a swarm of rioters chanting, "Break it down! Break it down!" overwhelms Capitol Police officers guarding the Speaker's Lobby, where lawmakers are sheltered.
They break windows and try to force their way in.
A Capitol Police officer shoots Ashli Babbitt as she tries to climb through the doors. She later dies of her injuries.
