Rioter who broke into Pelosi's office: Not 'fair' I'm still in jail

Congress already agreed it was planned by bipartisan consent.

Now there's an investigation to figure out who planned and funded it. Why are you so invested in declaring it to be "ad hoc"?

Because of all the evidence that indicates a lack of planning lol?

Even the dude with the stun gun, how far was he going to get using his stun gun before he had five rounds put into him?

And lol at the bipartisan agreement. Congress is worthless.

The fix was in. That's why there was no National Guard.

The stun gun wasn't to fight, it was to subdue their prisoners before zip tying their hands and leading them out to be lined up against a wall.

See? Even you agree Congress is worthless. What do you do with worthless people?

An insurrection has to be planned? Sorry, not the law.

Although there is plenty of evidence of planning. Just poor Trumpian type of planning.

This insurrection was planned. People came equipped. They believed they'd win a "civil war" in one fell swoop. Members of this forum discussed it. SmarterThanYou was ready to bomb buildings like his hero Timothy McVeigh.

The man charged with illegally entering Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) office and stealing items including mail during the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol disrupted a court hearing on Thursday while yelling that his continued detention was unfair.

Unfair? He's lucky he didn't end up like the woman who got shot dead.

They stupidly believed the police would all turn to their side and abandon their oath to protect the law.

Many clearly stated their goal of overturning the election, if that was their goal it was an insurrection. They were/are very stupid people.

Planning to do what lol?

What did they ‘plan to do’ and how were they going to achieve their objective in front of armed cops?

The election could have been overturned with evidence of mass fraud—but that would be overturning an election. But what were they going to do in order to overthrow the government, armed with nothing more than one stun gun, some zip ties, a whole bunch of cellphones and other sundry items?

Are you certain it was an insurrection? Who told you it was an insurrection?

They expected that the cops would join them, because they are stupid enough to believe all cops are Trumppers and stupid enough to believe the big lie.

They planned on preventing Congress from certifying the election on the Constitutionally prescribed day.

You ignore that some had guns? They thought they could occupy the chamber long enough to prevent the certification on the constitutionally required day.

The election could not have been overturned with evidence of massive voter fraud, because there was no such evidence.

No one, besides the cops, was armed inside the Capitol.

Bye bye, insurrection theory. Why is it so important that it was something other than a riot?

1) You don’t have to have a weapon fir it to be an insurrection attempt.

2) My understanding is that at least two handguns were confiscated inside the capital.

How bizarre and twisted are you lefties on here who can literally admire a NUT JOB, rotten slime such as Pelosi while berating a man who simply made a stand for what he believed in.
Apart from Killary Clinton - Pelosi is an evil, vile person.

Not according to the official report.

They found two individuals outside the building carrying weapons. Not sure what good they would have done anyone inside. Swallwell wants to charge Trump and some others with instigating a riot in a civil suit. That at least makes sense insofar as no one denies that a riot occurred.

Insurrection, not so much. How did this insurrection talk get started?
