Rioter who broke into Pelosi's office: Not 'fair' I'm still in jail

yes thats what all the blm rioters said when they got arrested its not fair we should be able to loot and burn and assult people destroy property and kill because were democrat freedom fights like the great guano

Did they say that Bob, or was it You???

They imagined that a Trump inner circle boot-licker would help them...which they kinda did...

Mike Flynn's younger brother, Charles Flynn, was involved in the process behind that delayed response.

Michael Flynn's brother was in a key Pentagon meeting during Jan. 6 Capitol siege, despite earlier denials

trump installed his lackeys in key positions during his lame duck. He put his incompetent morons in charge of the Pentagon, knowing that he would need them to stall any reaction to his terrorist attack on the Capitol.

They obliged.

Do you guys get it?

The Klan Master General here thinks a black guy would've received better treatment from the justice system.

Who wants to tell him...?

haven't heard of George Gascón eh?.......(by the way, I've no connection to the Klan......I've never even met Robert Byrd or your mother)......

The asshole broke into the capitol. Busted into Pelosies office and had pictures taken while he sat in her chair with his feet in her desk. That is why he is in jail. He is as most rightys are, stupid. There are a lot of rightys in jail for being idiots conned by trump. Last count about 350. There will be more.

The man charged with illegally entering Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) office and stealing items including mail during the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol disrupted a court hearing on Thursday while yelling that his continued detention was unfair.

The New York Times reported that 60-year-old Richard Barnett began yelling during a virtual hearing on his case Thursday morning that it was not "fair" that he remained in custody while some others accused of participating in the riot have been released ahead of their trials. The Arkansas resident's attorneys have reportedly attempted to secure his bonded release with no success thus far.

"I’ve been here a long time. It’s not fair", Barnett yelled at the judge. He broke into government offices, stole correspondence, and does not think it is fair he has spent a few weeks in jail... The next few years in prison are going to be much tougher.

Maybe his mother should have explained to him that sometimes it is just best to Shut The Hell Up. Personally I hope he sits in there until trial, maybe he will get a better feel for what his "Freedums" actually mean.

The day of the insurrection, Barnett identified himself and bragged to a New York Times reporter about an envelope he had taken from Pelosi’s desk, adding that he left a quarter to pay for it.

Anyone dumb enough to turn himself in for federal felonies is just too stupid to know to shut up.

It could be argued that they never expected to get caught doing those things.

In this instance, the moron posted the evidence all over social media.

He should get an additional 20 years for posting his crimes on social media alone ... for a total of 120 years with no possibility for parole.

What? The republicans aren't collecting money to bail out the folks that the left pretends are their "heroes"? I don't get it. If those in the R party supported this, wouldn't they, at the very least, donate to a bail fund for their "heroes"? Maybe they don't support it...

Hmmm. Wait. It can't be that. I was told they support it!

Yeah! I remember the photo of him smirking in the Speaker's office chair, with his feet up on the desk. WTF. It's almost as if they thought this would be a fun romp, and quickly forgiven and forgotten. Oops.

LOL Everyone but him knew that smile wasn't going to last long.

The Republicans Trump's terrorists threatened to kill are upset. The rest are upset too about getting caught in a crossfire by a mob.

Notice how this is all pointed at making a legal definition of domestic terrorism and then applying it. Half the stuff I did as a teenager would have me arrested as a terrorist if I did them today.

Did you light a cherry bomb in a toilet?

What was this fucker going to do- STUN NANCY PELOSI with a cattle prod?

I heard the FBI discovered something in his possession that he could end up doing 20 years- AND THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE SOMETHING PRETTY SERIOUS like evidence of a murder or Bank Robbery or something.

There is no telling, as the FBI hasn't formally had a press conference about those charges yet.

Anyway, he can't meet his Bond minimum cash payment! SO HE SITS IN JAIL- WHERE HE BELONGS ANYWAY!

M-80. Homemade explosives from chemicals at the drugstore. Some were simple like wrapping a CO2 cartridge in newspaper ball and throwing it in a burning barrel. Tried a few attempts to make napalm with both Tide and with styrofoam. It worked but igniting it upon impact was always a problem.

As a deterrence to others.

Now we find out that one of trump's appointees with security clearance led the attack.

No surprise.

The FBI on Thursday arrested Federico Klein, a former State Department aide, on charges related to the storming of the Capitol on Jan. 6, marking the first known instance of an appointee of President Donald Trump facing criminal prosecution in connection with the attempt to block Congress from certifying President Joe Biden’s victory.
Klein, 42, was taken into custody in Virginia, said Samantha Shero, a spokesperson for the FBI’s Washington Field Office.

No doubt he won't be the last link to the WH to surface.

"Federico Klein,....42, was taken into custody in Virginia". He'll be eligible for Social Security when he gets out of prison.....unless he cuts a deal.

I don't think they need anything from him. They're scouring phone/social media accounts. They're going to find out who was behind the funding next.

I'm thinking some members of Congress.
