An NBC affiliate confirmed the arrest early Thursday morning with information from the Franklin County Ohio Sheriff's Office. Daniels was taken to the correctional facility at Jackson Pike and has reportedly been charged with misdemeanor sex offenses. Her next court date is Friday, July 13.

Meh. There's alot of unenforced laws, or selectively enforced laws, in this country. Common sense should dictate law enforcement. Laws that were meant to protect dancers from sexual assault should not affect patrons who were explicitly encouraged to touch.
