Stormy Daniels arrested ​

Stormy Daniels was arrested at a strip club in Ohio early Thursday and faces three counts of illegally touching a patron, court records show. Her attorney, Michael Avenatti, tweeted Thursday that his client was taken into custody while performing in Columbus.

Under Ohio law, an employee who regularly appears nude or seminude is prohibited from touching patrons on the premises of a sexually oriented business -- unless it's a family member .

PS. She was arrested for being 'touched'. So Stormy grabbed the guy's (guys) hand(s) and placed it on her person? Otherwise why was she arrested if a guy(s) touched HER? I'm confused. Keeping in mind I presume this "touching" had to be in a sexual manner, right? I presume she wasn't arrested for shaking his hand or touching him on his shoulder, right?

Trump to turn away "asylum seekers" at the border under new guidance

According to CNN, the Trump administration is implementing a new asylum policy at the border that will result in asylum seekers being turned away before they can plead their case in court.

The guidance also applies to refugee applicants — immigrants seeking similar protections in the US who are still abroad.

The guidance places the burden on immigrant to articulate their asylum claim.

Under the guidance, claims based on "fear" of gang and domestic violence will be immediately rejected.

In addition, the guidance tells officers they should consider whether an immigrant crossed the border illegally and weigh that against their claim.

Advocates for illegal immigration say international law is clear that asylum claims are valid even when a migrant enters a country unlawfully.

The Senate Judiciary Committee plans to move ahead with President Trump’s nominees to the lower courts as it considers Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court.

The Judiciary Committee gathered Wednesday to hold confirmation hearings for another batch of Trump’s picks to the federal bench.

Two appeals court nominees are currently awaiting votes on the Senate floor: Andrew Oldham to the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and Ryan Bounds to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

“We don’t anticipate the [vacancy will have much of an impact on our progress on lower court nominees, especially considering that the Senate will be in session for much of August,” said Taylor Foy, a spokesman for the Judiciary Committee.

Majority Leader McConnell has filed for cloture next week for TWO appeals court judges! When they get confirmed the POTUS will have the most appeals court judges confirmed in his first two years in AMERICAN HISTORY for President.
