I don't know of any southerner that eats fried chicken with a fork. If they live in the south and do so, they're likely not from here and need to go back where they came from.

So someone isn't a real criminal if they break a law you don't like? Last time I looked, that determination is made based on what you think.

It's called priorities, asshole. Any cop will tell you that. Police resources should be focused on violent criminals not somebody playing fucking bingo for more than 5 hours. Whatever the law technically prohibits, crimes with actual victims should be the focus. That's the point.

That's the inevitable result of what he said. If cops enforced all laws to the letter all the time, their resources, our court system, and our prison system would not be able to handle the real criminals and anarchy would ensue. Why do you think such laws are not enforced anymore?

The point is priority of law enforcement should be based on who it actually hurts. Our law enforcement does not have the resources to catch every single petty little criminal due to technicalities in the law just because legislatures are either too busy (or more often too lazy) to repeal outdated laws. Luckily most of our law enforcement does not tend to follow your thought process on this and you are protected from being brutally ass-raped by a violent criminal because that's where their resources tend to be concentrated and they catch most of those.
