STORMY ARRESTED DURING STRIP TEASE

The law states no one can touch a nude or semi nude dancer. I think it was a sting, more information is coming out on the matter, it may not have even been a man.

Sure. But I'm not really an enforce the law by the exact letter of the law type though. That law was clearly intended to prevent drunk pervs from putting their hands where they are not wanted, groping and such. Not all dancers are comfortable with even nonsexual touching. When touching is encouraged by the dancer I don't see any reason for anybody to go to jail.

Key words “they let you”

He didn’t say I grab their pussy against their will

This has already been litigated by the American voter. Trump has been found innocent in the court of public opinion

Including that would have kept banana peel from being able to make a disingenuous argument.

I am in agreement with you that it was ridiculous she was arrested.

Reading comprehension issues? “And when you’re a star, they let you do it” isn't saying he assaulted them.

raw

You're naive! How would he know they will let you do it,unless you did it!

And it would have been equally ridiculous if the patron was arrested as the touching was consensual, yes?

consensual?????????????

That does not make everything OK or legal etc

So if she gave a "consensual" blow job on the floor that would be OK?

The Ohio law states NO TOUCHING!

Stormy should have known better than to appear in one of the most Republican cities in America!
Some real sleezy people live down there!

To me, yes, but it appears it is against the law in Ohio.

Meh. There's alot of unenforced laws, or selectively enforced laws, in this country. Common sense should dictate law enforcement. Laws that were meant to protect dancers from sexual assault should not affect patrons who were explicitly encouraged to touch.

According to you statement that you're not one of those by the letter of the law types, it appears that you believe it's OK to not follow the laws you don't like without punishment.

Why does the law make it illegal for her but not the one who took the action?

You should learn the facts before asking such a dumb question, counselor.

During her performance, officers in the club said they witnessed Daniels using her bare breasts to smack patrons. The officers also said they observed Daniels fondling the breasts of female patrons.

The report states that when the officers approached the stage, Daniels held the face of the female officer between her breasts. It also says she did the same to a male officer. The report goes on to say Daniels fondled the buttocks and breasts of another officer.

So somebody who lives in Alabama should be arrested for playing dominoes on a Sunday? Women in Tuscan, Arizona should be arrested for wearing pants? Should someone in Georgia changing a store mannequin without the blinds down be arrested? Hell in Pocatello, Idaho it's illegal to frown in public.
