Sure. But I'm not really an enforce the law by the exact letter of the law type though. That law was clearly intended to prevent drunk pervs from putting their hands where they are not wanted, groping and such. Not all dancers are comfortable with even nonsexual touching. When touching is encouraged by the dancer I don't see any reason for anybody to go to jail.

Meh. There's alot of unenforced laws, or selectively enforced laws, in this country. Common sense should dictate law enforcement. Laws that were meant to protect dancers from sexual assault should not affect patrons who were explicitly encouraged to touch.

So somebody who lives in Alabama should be arrested for playing dominoes on a Sunday? Women in Tuscan, Arizona should be arrested for wearing pants? Should someone in Georgia changing a store mannequin without the blinds down be arrested? Hell in Pocatello, Idaho it's illegal to frown in public.
