WOW!! Federal judge in TX declares obamacare UNCONSTITUTIONAL

The problem was the Executive Order that Donald Trump signed that reversed the mandated tax for not insuring oneself, as required by the ACA.

After Roberts decision, that made the tax legal, do you really really think he is going to suddenly change his position?

So if you are already counting his vote- forget it! It won't happen!

There was 1.27 trillion dollars added to the national debt the FY that just ended. That is not lower than the average added under Obama.

CNBC disagrees with you.....
US budget deficit expands to $779 billion in fiscal 2018 as spending surges
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/10/15/us-budget-deficit-expands-to-779-billion-in-fiscal-2018-as-spending-surges.html

projections for 2019
In Fiscal Year 2019, the federal budget will be $4.407 trillion. The U.S. government estimates it will receive $3.422 trillion in revenue. That creates a $985 billion deficit for October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019.

How about we go to the source, the government's own numbers instead of letting a news agency tell us what is what.

https://treasurydirect.gov/NP/debt/...tYear=2017&endMonth=09&endDay=30&endYear=2018

On 1 Oct 2017 the total national debt was $20,244,900,016,053
On 30 Sept 2018 the total national debt was $21,516,058,183,180

That is an increase of 1.272 trillion dollars to the debt. That is the true deficit for the year.

Keeping with the FY accounting...

On 1 Oct 2009 the total national debt was $11,920,519,164,319
On 30 Sept 2017 the total national debt was 20,244,900,016,053
Total debt added under Obama is $8,325,380,851,734 for an average of 1.04 trillion per year.

Have you forgotten that Dubya announced his goals of increasing minority home ownership ?

Expanding Home Ownership - George W. Bush

Expanding Home Ownership "This Administration will constantly strive to promote an ownership society in America. We want more people owning their own home. It is in our national interest that more people own their own home. After all, if you own your own home, you have a vital stake in the future of our country."

what does any of that have to do with the fed bundling insecure loans and selling them to investors with a federal guarantee?........that was done under the rule changes of of Clinton's administration and carried out by the guy Obama chose for his cabinet......Geithner....

This is a huge victory for the Republican politicians who have worked so hard to end ObamaCare.

Actually it isn't.. It takes healthcare away from 20 million Americans.

What was it that Trump promised... big, beautiful healthcare for ALL Americans????

Ah, the "it's your fault I can't reason or argue like an adult" excuse. Go eat your crayons and let the adults speak.

While you resort to the standard, rwnj propaganda tactic of posting a load of crap that is so convoluted in its "reasoning" and filled with so many unsubstantiated assertions, that debunking it would require more time and effort than it's worth.

That's how you weasels get away with dropping your big piles of shit in the middle of the floor, which then just get left there to fester and stink the place up, rather than being swept away by the truth.

And let's also take note that in your bullshit post we're talking about now, you provided zero sources to back up anything you said.

Adults???? You're nothing but hot air, sonny boy.

With the push to increase minority home ownership (with no down payment) they allowed buyers to buy mortgages in excess of 30% of income.

the housing crisis recession, brought on by the refusal of the demmycunts to reign in the fed, caused a recession which was officially no longer a recession before Obama took office.......it took him six years to get the economy back to what it was when he was elected.....it was the worst recovery in US history......and he only accomplished that by putting the US $10T deeper in debt......

Stop it! You have such an imagination of history- making it up as you go!

The Housing crisis was brought on by the crazy exotic loans that ended up going tits up when people realized they couldn't come up with huge balloon payments required, and their new adjusted sky-high interest rates.

That and the drying up of funds available for mortgage loans by the banks that were too big too fail, because of all their risky non-collateral loans they were doling out like candy to the Hedge Fund and Junk Bond Get-Rich-Quick Carpet Munchers!

If you want to be a historian, you better go read your history book- instead of spreading lies that come straight out of the Republican's Playbook!!

Grow up.. You don't know the first thing about healthcare.

The ‘good old days’ before Obamacare | healthinsurance.org

In August 2008, about six months before debate began in Washington on what would become the Affordable Care Act, 82 percent of Americans were so dissatisfied with the U.S. health care system they wanted it overhauled, according to The Commonwealth Fund, which commissioned the poll.

It was unconstitutional when written since setting up a national health care system is NOT one of the listed powers of congress, though that's not the argument this judge is using.

Congress just left Washington for the year ...

Did you forget who’s in charge starting January 3rd ...

Double Yawns ...

As Obama Pushes National Health Care, Most Americans Already Happy With Coverage

"A survey conducted jointly by the Kaiser Family Foundation, ABC News and USA Today, released in October 2006, found that 89 percent of Americans were satisfied with their own personal medical care."
