My bet is if one or more of them is stupid enough to do that on the basis of Trump being charged but not convicted, their career will be in severe jeopardy along with their party's in all but the bluest areas of the country.

I didn't say I didn't believe the judge. Keep up if you can. I asked if he was convicted if rape why is he free and does he have to register as a sex offender? Rapists have to register as sex offenders. Did he do that? Is OJ Simpson a murderer?

I am saying they use criteria, but the Constitution does not say what the criteria is. How do they decide what age a person is? If there were was evidence he was under 35 but it was not from a criminal court, what do you do?

Produce a birth certificate. To suggest a S of S could just unilaterally decide someone isnt old enough is asinine. The same is true for "participation in" insurrection or rebellion. You better have more than your opinion. If you can't see the problems with that then talking with you is a waste of time. Due process doesn't disappear because you "think" some participated in an insurrection.
