He is not automatically disqualified if he is convicted, because he is not charged with insurrection.

Now they stupidly bloviate about sedition and insurrection and bloviate that Secretaries of State can violate their State Constitution and the Supreme law of the land and remove Trump based on their OPINIONS that there was sedition.
