On day one, he was more interested in removing the 3.8% Medicare tax on cap gains for earners over $250k/year. He, like all Republicans, don't feel that the wealthiest in the country should contribute to Medicare funding.

He had to do away with that tax, to cite the savings in round 2 of massive giveaways to the wealthy.

There is no way to fund his infrastructure claims. That, like most everything he said during the campaign, was a lie.
 
Let me know when the rich liberal Hollywood pigs, voluntarily, give up their luxurious homes and lifestyles, and live like common people, in order to help the poor.
