I'm saying bush and his ilk are stupid, entitled top-income holders (note I didn't say earners) who don't have a clue about average Americans and their financial struggles..

When you're divorced and have to support your family by taking three low-paying jobs, there's something wrong with the system.

The Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938[1] (abbreviated as FLSA; also referred to as the Wages and Hours Bill[2]) is a federal statute of the United States. The FLSA introduced a maximum 44-hour seven-day workweek,[3] established a national minimum wage,[4] guaranteed "time-and-a-half" for overtime in certain jobs, and prohibited most employment of minors in "oppressive child labor", a term that is defined in the statute.[5][6] It applies to employees engaged in interstate commerce or employed by an enterprise engaged in commerce or in the production of goods for commerce,[7] unless the employer can claim an exemption from coverage.

What's wrong with the system that raising the minimum wage $3 is going to fix?

People who make poor life choices may not have valuable skills to market.
 
You doltish neocons know full well that there are many college graduates working fast food, not because of "poor life choices", but because of structural problems with the economy. The business leaders on whose poles you suckle, have looked to outsourcing as many jobs, manufacturing and otherwise, to maximize short term profit, the nation and it's people be damned. Since globalization zealotry has taken hold, all the conservative arguments have been reduced to shit. It's now clear they don't give a rat toot about the nation. Rev0lut|on is at hand.
