We're a pro-choice nation

below is federal law and laws are protected under the constitution. it is therefore unconstitutional to charge someone for the murder of 2 persons for killing a pregnant woman.

Some states consider the unborn victims and have penalties for "terminating a pregnancy" against the will of the prospective mother but no one has ever been found guilty of 2 counts of murder for killing a pregnant woman.

None of the laws apply to a woman who consents to getting an abortion.

I didn't say they did... but abortion ends a life... it just does... if a woman schedules an abortion and goes through with it, what is the result? If that same woman changes her mind and follows through with the pregnancy what is the result? It's been the same baby developing... the same life...in either situation... it seems to be the major difference is between unwanted and wanted... but again that doesn't change the fact that a life is denied with each and every one of the hundreds and thousands of procedures...

you're confusing him with reality.

Well, people have been charged with two murders for doing just what I described... it's two deaths after all... I doubt that you referred to your children throughout your wife's pregnancy as the embryos... and I'm Almost sure that your wife never had an embryo shower... did you never announce to the world that you were having a baby? Did you pick a name before they were born? Not trying to be argumentative just pointing out some things that are probably facts but if I'm wrong please let me know...

Please continue with your asinine thought patterns, the rest of us will be free of that many more ignorant right wingers after the next election.

Democrats will be sure to warn you of the dickheads running that think banning abortion is a good idea when about 75% of the country is for women having the right to choose. 1 in 4 women will have an abortion by the age of 45. That is 25% of the women and if they vote to keep that right there is no chance whatsoever that a republican will win the presidency.

Port Tack:

"...but no one has ever been found guilty of 2 counts of murder for killing a pregnant woman."

A lie:

"Eight months pregnant and planning to start a life together, 21-year-old Felicia Rosa Jones instead was shot in the head and left in Jacksonville's Riverview Park. The baby was going to be Ma’kailand Jones, but he too never got a chance.

Wednesday the presumed father Reginald Lawrence Perry Jr., 21, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree murder and was sentenced to life in prison, according to the State Attorney's Office."

TWO counts of first-degree murder.

Nothing that the far left loon has posted is accurate.

How sad is that statistic?

I'm sorry, but considering the other options available, particularly adoption, there is no other way of looking at it but to say you people think killing unborn children is a good thing....time to fucking cope with the reality of your choices.......

Time for you to cope with the reality of logic.

A person easily can be both pro-choice...and still not think abortion is a good thing.

But...logic obviously is not your strong point.

once again faulty logic on your part.....unless you are talking about your choice of what to have for lunch instead of choice whether to kill an unborn child.......THAT is either good or it is bad.....if it is bad you should not permit anyone to do it......logic at its most fundamental.......

Stop. I can hear logic yelling for mercy from your terrible arguments.

You are over your head here, PP. Try wading in the kiddy section before coming in the deep end.

The left can not answer this:

Not one far left loon has answered this...not one.

If the unborn child is not alive, why kill it?

I've answered it several times.

Maybe the republicans in SC and and NE are getting the message that banning abortions is a mistake.

Vast Majority Of Americans Don’t Want Abortion Bans
https://www.forbes.com/sites/alison...s-where-its-already-outlawed/?sh=176f3d9d795c

Only a quarter of Americans want their state to ban abortion now that the Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade.

The only demographic polled that actually supported abortion bans was Republicans, with 54% wanting their state to outlaw the procedure while 37% (of republicans) would prefer laws that guarantee access.

43% of GOP women would prefer their state protect access to abortion.

Only 9% of Democrats and 17% of Independents support their state banning abortion

Only 22% of people in states that protect abortion rights and 19% of all women polled support their state banning abortion.

Bull shit. The topic is as contested among scientists and doctors as it is here in this forum.

It's a baby, Frank... ask anyone who gets pregnant and wants their child... you will get a different answer if you ask a woman who doesn't want a child...

It is an embryo...and advances to a fetus.

When it is born, it is a baby.

If I ask a pregnant woman who wants a baby...she will say she is carrying a baby.

That means nothing in this discussion. It would be the thing she feels comfortable with.
