Unprecedented, historic corruption:

The Mueller inquisition was based on no real predicate.
It was purely a political move by Comey backed up by Rosenweasel.
There was absolutely no evidence ever of "Russian collusion" even at the time Mueller was appointed.

It was a political pig circus

Hello T. A. Gardner,

No, Trump hasn't. The Clinton administration was the most corrupt in modern history, followed by either LBJ or Nixon. Even JFK's was pretty bad with nepotism and whatnot. Reagan had Iran-Contra. Obama had Benghazi and others. By comparison Trump for corruption is pretty tame.

Completely disagreed. DT was corrupt before he ever took office. Everything he has ever done has been corrupt, all the way back to building his first tower and paying off the inspectors, going cheap on construction, over-hyping the deal, ripping off the customers. His very philosophy of life is to be corrupt. He does not believe in earning an honest living or fair business. His base philosophy assumes the world is corrupt and people are inherently bad, so he figures the only way to get ahead is to be worse. He thinks the only way to make money is by ripping people off, assumes everyone is out to rip somebody else off, so it's dog eat dog. He thinks win/win philosophy is a joke, not real, the fantasy of schmucks and easy marks.

DT in office was merely the extension of his lifetime of trying to get something for nothing. He figures that in every deal there is a winner and a loser, that one wins by dealing dirty, and he always wants to be the winner. That is why he cancelled the normal ethics training for his incoming administration. There would be no point in it, the way he thinks. That's why he made the stink about the Hamilton players 'disrespecting' Pence - it was merely a smokescreen to shift media attention away from the $25 million settlement he had to make to pay off the people he ripped off with his fake university.

On the other hand, he trolls as an asshole like nobody else and that gets many people's hackles up to a point where they go insane with anger at him. But that's what trolls do.

He trolls to control the media for the purpose of shifting attention away from bad news about him.

You want a clear case of corruption in a Presidential pardon? This is THE textbook case of all time: Bill Clinton's pardon of Marc Rich.

https://nypost.com/2016/01/17/after-pardoning-criminal-marc-rich-clintons-made-millions-off-friends/

This was a solid quid pro quo to let a filthy rich White collar Wall Street criminal walk by a cabal of Democrats who got paid hundreds of thousands to pardon him. It wasn't a sentence commutation like Stone (WHO WASN'T PARDONED contrary to claims by the TDS crowd) but a full pardon before he was even tried as Rich was hiding out in Switzerland to avoid extradition.

The country voted for a mobster

This is why you cannot debate triggered, low IQ, lying asswhipes on the left. They start from a falsehood and then demand you tear down their strawmen.

I would ask you to prove that Trump is a mobster; but you would just cry and flail.

stupid man baby, the investigation was about Trump..shut the fuck up.

Most corrupt, incompetent President ever.

And yet, brain dead triggered asswhipes like you can't even begin to support that claim with any facts. You're the definition of retarded dunmbass. :palm:

Yes that stunk to high hell, as the criminal was not deserving in any way, but you avoid an important distinction,
there is no evidence Rich was convicted for obstructing justice in an investigation of the person doing the pardoning.

By your metric, nobody should be pardoned, as they are ALL doing time and guilty of felonies.

Sorry, unconvincing digression. I shot your red herring with my speargun of pure concentrated reason!

Translation to this BULLSHIT: it's only okay when Democrats do it. :palm:

We need moderate Biden now... no more wild swings for a few years.

WE? Who is this WE you speak for? :palm:

What the American people need is for the Party of the Jackass to finally acknowledge that they lost an election and are about to lose another one thanks to their America hating agenda.

Specifics?
Everything he has ever done has been corrupt,
Specifics?
all the way back to building his first tower
Specifics?
and paying off the inspectors,
Inspector fees (you know, those fees for building permits, occupancy permits, electrical and plumbing permits) are for paying the inspectors to do the inspections.
going cheap on construction,
The building is up to code. It passed inspection.
over-hyping the deal,
Specifics?
ripping off the customers.
Who was ripped off? Specifics?
His very philosophy of life is to be corrupt.
Bulverism fallacy.
He does not believe in earning an honest living or fair business.
Real estate investing and development is an honest living and a fair business.
His base philosophy assumes the world is corrupt and people are inherently bad,
Bulverism fallacy.
so he figures the only way to get ahead is to be worse.
Worse than what?
He thinks the only way to make money is by ripping people off,
Specifics?
assumes everyone is out to rip somebody else off,
Bulverism fallacy.
so it's dog eat dog.
Specifics?
He thinks win/win philosophy is a joke,
Lie.
not real,
Define 'real'.
the fantasy of schmucks and easy marks.
Capitalism is not scmucks and easy marks.
DT in office was merely the extension of his lifetime of trying to get something for nothing.
Specifics? Bulverism fallacy.
He figures that in every deal there is a winner and a loser,
Lie. Paradox. Just a bit earlier in this post you stated that he believes there is a win/win deal. Which is it, dude?
that one wins by dealing dirty,
Specifics?
and he always wants to be the winner.
Why not? Beats being a loser, like you.
That is why he cancelled the normal ethics training for his incoming administration.
There would be no point in it, the way he thinks.
There is no point in it. The training does not teach ethics, nor can you cause someone to be ethical by such 'training'.
That's why he made the stink about the Hamilton players 'disrespecting' Pence - it was merely a smokescreen to shift media attention away from the $25 million settlement he had to make to pay off the people he ripped off with his fake university.
Bulverism fallacy.
He trolls to control the media
He doesn't control the media. He trolls the media to show what idiots they are, and they are idiots.
for the purpose of shifting attention away from bad news about him.
Fiction and fake news is not news.

No, that post wasn't. The original claim to this thread is that the Stone commutation is the worst abuse of Presidential pardon power in history. I showed one example that clearly, easily, tops what Trump did. I can drag up plenty of others far worse than commuting--not pardoning, just commuting--the sentence of somebody close to the President by the President.

The Marc Rich pardon was pure political quid pro quo on the other hand. Clinton and others took huge bribes in the form of "campaign contributions" and acted immediately and quickly thereafter to pardon Marc Rich. Rich bought the sitting President through a series of bribes. That is far worse than what the OP in this thread claims.

Too funny that you think pardoning Rich was the most egregious abuse of power. Rich's crimes: Wire fraud, mail fraud, racketeering, racketeering conspiracy, criminal forfeiture, income tax evasion, trading with Iran in violation of trade embargo. trump pardoned a number of people with the same crimes, i.e. Conrad Black, Pat Nolan, Michael Milken, Eddie DeBartolo Jr., Rod Blagojevich etc. Furthermore, Clinton never pardoned a single person for murder while trump pardoned three... so far.

I think the most egregious abuse of power was the bush 43 pardons of all those traitors who were part of the Iran-Contra affair, but I guess treason falls lower on the scale of offenses that mail fraud or racketeering.

Actually you would be wrong. Clinton pardoned a bunch of truly evil murderous terrorists, two of them murderers.

Linda Evans a radical Leftist in the Weather Underground killed 2 police officers and a guard during the robbery of a Brinks truck.
Susan Rosenburg, Evans' accomplice in that crime.

The "murder" pardons were for members of the US military that were in a combat zone at the time and the deaths of enemy combatants.

But all that is a red herring. Marc Rich was hardly the only quid pro quo pardon Clinton did.

Susan McDougal who was convicted as part of the Whitewater scandal in which the Clintons were business partners with her and her husband. She refused to testify against the Clintons and got pardon for it.

Almon Braswell. Convicted of mail fraud, perjury, wire fraud, money laundering, etc., he funneled $200,000 through his lawyer to Hillary's brother Hugh Rodman. Rodman returned the money after the deal became known to the public...

Edgar and Vonna Jo Gregory. They funneled $107,000 to Tony Rodman, Hillary's younger brother and were pardoned soon afterwards. The money was supposedly a "loan" but it was never repaid.

Clinton also pardoned his brother Rodger...
