It would seem to be that NARA, the DoJ, the FBI, Trump, Trump's lawyers all agree that Trump took items that should have been turned over to NARA when he left office. That is hardly an allegation on my part that is something that everyone involved seems to agree on.
 
I don't recall anything on your list that was evidence......I saw allegations.......which item on your list do you have evidence of?......

Trump's statement clearly shows he had documents that were returned.

The letter by signed Trump's lawyer Corcoran clearly shows that some of the documents were marked classified since Corcoran tries to insulate Trump from being charged for having classified documents.
It is important to note a few bedrock principles:
( 1 ) A PresidentHas AbsoluteAuthorityTo DeclassifyDocuments.
Under the U.S. Constitution , the President is vested with the highest level of authority when it
comes to the classification and declassification of documents .

Oh, of course he doesn't understand that. He had 4 years of his co-conspirators running cover for him, commiting crimes and then he pardoned them.

What he doesn't understand is he is without the protection of the presidency any longer. He's an ex-president without security clearance. He's just like you and me. And just like you and me he'd better fucking pay for it like we'd have to!

We have the inventory. We know what he took. 184 sensitive documents, several of them marked "top secret".

He can't see those and he can't "declassify" them. And no, you're not going to get the tittle of the documents dipshit or what they contained. They're TOP SECRET you fool.

Trump or people working for Trump didn't promptly return the documents.
Almost 1 year after Trump was supposed to have returned those documents he returned some of them.
When cataloguing the documents NARA discovered that some of the documents were marked as classified.
NARA also believed there were other documents that hadn't been returned and Trump was refusing to return them.
A Grand jury was empaneled and issued a subpoena for any documents marked classified in Trump's possession.

The DoJ and FBI was shown the unlocked storage closet where the documents were being stored.

The DoJ subpoenaed security video taken outside the storage closet. The video may have shown people moving things in and out of storage.
DoJ takes it's evidence to a court and gets a search warrant. The search warrant lists 3 statutes that were likely violated. None of the statutes require the documents be classified for there to be a crime.

18 U.S.C. 2071
FBI executes the search warrant and lists classified documents among the items it takes from Mar-a-Lago


After the above events:

PMP tries to pretend none of the above happened by pretending that all the documents were declassified so there is no evidence of any classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.

He's going to want to see the titles of each document and what was in them. He doesn't believe the National Archives, DOJ or FBI. He also doesn't understand he can't have that information - it's SECRET.
