where did I say everything is running "as normal"
In regards to China though our strategic treaties are helping to push back China from it's claim in the S.China Sea.
Vietnam is our new best friend because of that. Which has nothing to do with Syria
JAPAN???? WTF??
~~
what happens in Syria is not in our national interest -it never has been in terms of putting troops in.
Russia and Iran are ALREADY Calling the shots! it's Turkey's border -not ours.
WTF do you think we can do to stop them with 2000k troops?
If the sole goal is to protect the Kurds then why didn’t we go in decades ago?
The Kurds are a convenient excuse for the neocons
Britain has troops in Syria while France also has a presence, remember, it was suppose to be a united effort, seems Trump doesn't consider commitments and promises to allies as important
how is Trump "played" by autocrats? Putin? Xi? -how?"as normal"
Trump has insulted our traditional allies while getting played by autocrats, and this is what you consider "normal?"
Japan is but one example, you don't think those in Tokyo with China expanding aren't noticing how quick Trump is to ignore loyalties, and if you can't comprehend Japan, think about Iraq, with a Shiite dominated government isn't wondering if it might be better to cast their lot with neighboring Iran than count on an unpredictable Trump? All the visits there ain't going to change that imaged

Bring the troops home. Let France send troops. Or Britain

He hasn't insulted anyone -unless you think getting them to pay up more for NATO is is "insulting"
Japan and China chart their own course -what we are interested in is correcting bad prior trade agreements
You can't be SERIOUS about Iraq?
It's basically a Shi'a government subservient to Iran's interests. It has it's nationalism but it does Iran's bidding

Iranian Influence In Iraq Grows
The Iraqi election of May 12, 2018 — the catalyst for the Iranian intervention — was but the harbinger of a greater threat looming. Thus — even as the final election results are still being challenged, calculated, manipulated, and abused — the key outcome is clear: The future government in Baghdad will be dominated by pro-Iran Shi’ites.
ain't it the truth. "we have to be there in case" is pure neocon madness when it comes to SyriaThe neocons had to run to Dick’s and buy a bigger tent lol.
Everyone is a neocon now. They’re dropping out of the woodwork.
don't know.Trump claimed yesterday that KSA was going to pay to rebuild Syria.. but today the Saudis said no that was an error.. Why would the Saudis spend money to benefit Iran and Syria?

I think there was no slow-walking it and I think Obama learned that lesson the hard way.
So Trump basically just pulled the plug on it.
don't know.
Obviously the saudis aren't in much of a position to rebuild Syria - maybe in partnership -but I don't know
Syria has now fallen into the Russia/China sphere of influence and they will happily rebuild Syria. And now there's little standing in the way of Turkey putting the fukking Kurds in theri place. Every one of them deserve to be slaughtered for playing the US's hand in the destruction of Iraq, Syria, and the ME. Saddam should have been more diligent in his job and much more proactive in fighting what is now clearly seen as evil.
Americans have had their brains propagandized to have them believe that Iraq wasn't the most prosperous and free country in the Arab world. Now the US is going to pay the price of aligning with evil. Russia and China are being invited to the ME with open arms.
we are not going to stop Turkey
Did you ever spend any time in Iraq? I would never have called it prosperous or free. By 2000 it was pretty much crippled by 20 years of war and sanctions.

Are you old enough to have known anything about Iraq before the US meddling started? If you weren't and you are interested in finding the truth then you may have to find some old reference books on Iraq.
It's a long story kudzu and I think I would be wasting my time in telling you some of the ugly details. But let's have a go at something for a start to test you:
Do you know of CIA section leader Pelletiere and how he exposed the US's big lies that were the chief justification for the first Iraq war?
Prove yourself before I waste any more time on you.
Basically kudzu, your country is the enemy of the world and has been since the window of opportunity was opened with the fall of the Soviet Union. What the fuk else needs to be said?
Remember Obama's "red line," lol?
I think Obama wanted to do what Trump is actually doing.
