Nothing about screening them more thoroughly or procedure. But Hannity & other Trump surrogates persist w/ that excuse-making to this day.

So, we have to believe the judge just coincidentally happens to be politically active for Latino causes. And Trump had no idea about it when he made his initial comments. He just got lucky.

If Trump knew, he would have mentioned it, instead of talking about "pride in his heritage." Please.

I thought Trump was very honest and spoke his mind!

If Trump had said the Judge cant be honest because he is in a radical group... that would have been different, he said it was because the Judge was "Mexican" and when later asked he did not back up.

You are trying to pretend something different than his stated reason, you are desperate.
 
Why hasn't Trump or his attorneys filed a motion asking the Judge to recuse himself?

I'll tell you why, because there is no legal basis for it.

I'm just looking at the facts. There are sufficient grounds for the judge to be biased against Trump. Whether he really is or not, only the judge knows. In other words, it's not a matter of the judge just happening to be a Latino---he's a Latino judge that advocates for Latino causes.

Maybe Trump really did get lucky lol. I'm not a big believer in luck.

I can't believe you're still trying to justify Trump's comments. He wasn't talking about who this guy was affiliated with, or even thinking it. He kept saying "he's a Mexican." That was it.

This isn't some crazy lefty Trump-hating spin. Look what has been said by Paul Ryan, Newt Gingrich & just about any other Republican who has been asked to comment. What Trump said was incredibly out of line, and not what America is about.
 
And I'll tell you something else, Darth: if your goal is to make sure that no one with any Latino heritage ever votes Republican again, just make sure to keep this apologism for Trump up. I've seen a few Latino Americans on the cable shows - including 2 conservatives - and they are absolutely furious about this.

I don't think apologists like you realize how offensive Trump's position on this is - and no, this isn't about "pc." This is about what it means to be an American. To Trump, it means being a white anglo-saxon protestant (for the most part).
