Trumppers… huge win for Walker?

Of course I do because the bill specifically sets out how those are to be resolved.

So now you're denying what the bill even says because you're stalling.
You absolutely do not have to worry...

there aren't going to be any disputes that can't be settled.

Exactly, because the bill specifically says how disputes are to be settled, with a genital inspection.

It's literally the 9th line of text in the bill you support but have never read:

9 requiring that a
10 student's school or institution, as applicable,
11 resolve disputes regarding the student's sex;
12 requiring the school or institution to request a
13 certain health examination and consent form or other
14 statement from the student's health care provider to
15 verify the student's biological sex under certain
16 circumstances

would it have been simpler to Simply remind parents and coaches that girls are to play on girls teams and boys are to play on boys?

That already happens, so what is the point of this bill?

It's not to protect children, but rather to protect perverts stripping them naked in order to stare at their genitals.

That's the only thing that the bill actually does.

some people simply don't understand that so if they try to make it an issue then this law is in place to require that there be proof.

Right, but the proof is disputed by the accusation, so that's why the law says a genital inspection is required.

be it a birth certificate school records or previous medical records

The law specifically leaves those things out when it comes to resolving a dispute over the child's sex.

You would know that if you bothered to read the law instead of downing a bottle of Thunderbird at 1:00PM on a Tuesday afternoon.

Why are you concerned? This absolutely does protect children as a matter of fact... I'm not surprised you don't understand that...

Why are you not concerned? You got upset with me for using the r word. And yet you aren't upset about the potential and actual REAL abuse. It is because you adore DeSantis, your savior.

So what are the remedies for a false or malicious anonymous accusation, then?

There's quite a number of options... I've listed them dozens of times for you ...and any false or malicious accusation...anonymous:laugh:...will easily be resolved without a need for your option of concern...

so very probably a bill that never will never have to be used... sorry but that's the way it is...

"Probably"?

Ah, so don't think I didn't notice that goalpost shift.

So for weeks, you were saying it would NEVER happen.

Now you're hedging and saying it "probably" will never happen.

That's a pretty significant and obvious shift.

It's basically an admission that you've lost the debate.

You do not have to worry about those circumstances... there aren't going to be any disputes that can't be settled... in fact this bill may very well the thing that was necessary to prevent it from ever having to be used... would it have been simpler to Simply remind parents and coaches that girls are to play on girls teams and boys are to play on boys? Absolutely... some people simply don't understand that so if they try to make it an issue then this law is in place to require that there be proof... be it a birth certificate school records or previous medical records that the child is in fact playing the girls team is she is a girl and the boys team if he is a boy... so very probably a bill that never will never have to be used... sorry but that's the way it is...

So now you think the parents and coaches in Florida are dumb? :rofl2:

"Teacher" my ass!

All those things I have mentioned that you ignore will be the reasons that there will not be a dispute... so you don't have to be concerned...

Why are you concerned?

Because this bill protects perverts pulling down kids' pants to stare at their naked bodies.

It legalizes it.

And the person conducting the inspection doesn't even have to be a doctor! Just a "medical professional" which just seems like a broad enough distinction that anyone tangentially connected to health care can fall under.

Almost as if the authors of the bill deliberately kept it ambiguous...now why would they do that when they could have just said a doctor?

How come "medical professional" was the term used and not "doctor"?

This absolutely does protect children

How does stripping kids naked for a required genital inspection "protect children"?

Yes I noticed it too. It's a tacit admission she DOES know and understand what the bill says.

It's a progress.

This is just concern-trolling. This is a person who has referred to urban students as "thugs." We all know what that is code for. She doesn't give a shit about kids, let alone kids struggling with self-identity. Kind of odd for a female who looks like someone's elderly uncle.
