You absolutely do not have to worry...
Your assurances are meaningless, especially since you haven't read the bill yourself.
You absolutely do not have to worry...
"Probably"?
Ah, so don't think I didn't notice that goalpost shift.
So for weeks, you were saying it would NEVER happen.
Now you're hedging and saying it "probably" will never happen.
That's a pretty significant and obvious shift.
It's basically an admission that you've lost the debate.
I bet you think it's really the "Don't say Gay" law too... don't you?![]()
There is no potential for real or actual abuse...none...
Tell that to the girls that Larry Nassar molested.
If you've read the bill why don't you understand it? Do tell your soccer story again....Your assurances are meaningless, especially since you haven't read the bill yourself.
There's quite a number of options
I've listed them dozens of times for you
and any false or malicious accusation...anonymous will easily be resolved without a need for your option of concern...
She's special, isn't she?![]()

Where in the bill does it list those options?
Here's the bill: https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2021/1475/BillText/c1/PDF

You do not have to worry about those circumstances... there aren't going to be any disputes that can't be settled... in fact this bill may very well the thing that was necessary to prevent it from ever having to be used... would it have been simpler to Simply remind parents and coaches that girls are to play on girls teams and boys are to play on boys? Absolutely... some people simply don't understand that so if they try to make it an issue then this law is in place to require that there be proof... be it a birth certificate school records or previous medical records that the child is in fact playing the girls team is she is a girl and the boys team if he is a boy... so very *probably* a bill that never will never have to be used... sorry but that's the way it is...
How will they be resolved?
What are the remedies in the bill for the child who is falsely accused?
All those things I have mentioned that you ignore
Yes I noticed it too. It's a tacit admission she DOES know and understand what the bill says.
It's a progress.
There is no potential for malicious abuse... but....Tell your story... you having the foggiest idea what you're talking about... and yes, it's been weeks ...nothing's changed... and the day that a birth certificate school records medical records or DNA does not resolve any kind of anonymous allegation or dispute you let me know...I have addressed every single stupid fucking thing you have said here, and I got you to admit that there is potential for malicious abuse after you insisted for weeks that there wasn't.
We've discussed what happens if a child is "falsely accused"...many times... easily resolved... but do share your story... why are you hesitating now?
