In fact, the Biden investigation is going on right now.
NARA just wanted their documents back and they gave Trump over a year before they went in for them. Trump made this mess. Pence and Biden immediately returned any documents they had. That appeased the feds. Trump has still not done so. And you're unable to understand why Trump did so much worse than Biden and Pence in the documents. They did not even know they had them. Trump fought to keep them and hid them.

He will not be charged with having classified documents, he will be charged with obstruction of justice and contempt. That is just in the documents case, he will likely also be charged with inciting Jan 6th and election violations in GA.

Neither Pence, Biden nor Trump would be charged with simply having a few classified documents in their home. Trump will be charged with obstruction of justice and contempt for not turning them over when told to.

Trump is not and never would be charged for having classified documents either. When are you going to get your head out of your ass and realize that if he had simply returned them there never would have been an investigation? Possession of classified documents is not a charge trump is facing.

Maybe Biden is smart enough to know that is impossible. How come when this episode started none of trumps attorneys argued that Trump declassified the documents? They did not because they know they would be laughed out of court. Trump is the only one saying that and his ignorant Nazi's are the only ones stupid enough to believe it.
