Biden had classified documents at 7 locations. Under what justification is this legal for Xi's man Joe but a crime for Trump?

The question is whether you Nazis will attempt to dissolve the judicial branch and establish on open dictatorship? I don't know the evidence but I doubt it.

1) I do not think they have evidence of intent.
2) I do not think they have evidence about how those documents got there.
3) I think Biden cooperated as soon as he realized those documents were there.
4) I think the SOL is expired.

There are classified documents that were from Biden's days as Senator. The only way for him to have had them is to intentionally smuggle them out of a SCIF like Sandy Berger did. So you can stuff your "there is no intent" argument. When will we see Biden prosecuted.

Intent is required in any criminal case.
That is not the only way for the documents to have gotten there.

So, you believe that if someone puts classified documents in Biden's house without his knowledge, then he finds them and immediately turns them in, he is guilty?
