Agreed. The main difference appears to be that both Biden and Pence fully cooperated with authorities while Trump did not.

Notice the Trump Tuckers have stopped screaming "Hang Mike Pence" over this and any other issue. They only seek to lynch Biden.

Nixon proved that the dangerous crime is the coverup. Pence and Biden cooperated 100 percent and did not try to keep any documents. Trump was treated extremely fairly. All he had to do was give back the documents he stole and stop lying to the FBI and NARA. They were not looking for this trouble. Trump lied and hid cases of documents. he still lies about it all.
This is not complicated. Trump made this mess all by himself.

He had no authority to even SEE those documents, much less have them in his home!
There is no statute of limitations for espionage.

He did not 'turn them in'. Just having them in his house is itself a violation of law. He NEVER HAD AUTHORIZATION TO SEE THEM!
