Nah, if it came to that, and it won’t given it all will be postponed, delayed, and appealed longer than his lifetime, prison will have no problem, without Trump generating media attention he would be forgotten in quick time

Records remain in the EXCLUSIVE LEGAL CUSTODY OF THE PRESIDENT and if you want to have access you have to ask the PRESIDENT and not the NARA.

The vast majority of damning evidence was in Florida. Smith chose that state to make it impossible to claim it was just for political purposes. It would be much easier to get an intelligent jury in NJ
