The vast majority of the people there were peaceably assembled to protest an agent provocateur who is advocating laws to deny others their rights and purposefully creating a public disturbance. How fucking stupid can you be? He's not being arrested or censored by the government. He still has the right to stand on whatever public property and shout whatever nonsense he wants. Canceling a scheduled speaking engagement due to security concerns is understandable given the situation.
Remember the college booked him in the first place, meaning they were more than willing to have him speak.
