And the part of the big lie that betrays that fact is that US industry or agriculture is no longer viable without immigrants. "Illegal" immigrants being preferable because they can be paid illegal wages under the table with nobody causing a stir when little childrent are employed for long days in the fields too.

This is the reason the southern border never was secured by either major party and why it never really will be. Trump just found a way to demonize a minority and the low intelligence people he caters to bought right into his scam. Americans would be cutting their noses off to spite their faces if they ever allowed Trump to actually achieve what he's pretended to promote.
