She had an order of protection against her husband who had a history of battery. Her husband violated that order, entered her home, barged into her bathroom threatening her. She ran to the garage but the door stuck (check the testimony and depositions), so she grabbed her LEGAL gun and “stood her ground.” She couldn't get out, and he's in the house with the kids, so where the hell else was she suppose to go or do? Essentially the judge buys the story of the DOCUMENTED DOMESTIC ABUSER WITH A RESTRAINING ORDER.

Translation: USFreedom911 cannot produce a quote from the police report that can disprove what I stated. The links I and others provide back what I say. Hell, you have the ex-husband state for the record his method for knocking around his ex-wife....so again, why shouldn't she have "stood her ground"?

Bottom line: The ex-husband CHANGES HIS STORY, saying he lied to protect his ex-wife.....essentially saying that she lied about why and how she fired the "warning shot". the Judge bought his story because Alexander didn't call 911 and had contact with the ex-husband after the incident. Of course the details of those visits (how, why) regarding child custody and visitation are not asked.

And why didn't Trayvon Martin have the right to stand his ground? Or is it that whomever comes out alive wins, and no question as to who caused the incident is now the status quo? But then again, Martin was black, so all is well with the usfreedom911 folk.

Correction: the incident that got her arrested had to deal with her dropping off kids at his house.

They BOTH had restraining order against each other. SHE violated the restraining order... not him. SHE entered HIS home. When she discovered he was home, she left, went to the car, got a gun, came back inside and fired it in his direction, a direction the kids were also in.

Where was she supposed to go? HOME.
She should have left.
It was not her home.

How the fuck was she suppose to go home when the garage door is stuck, stupid? And the guy ADMITTED that he had bashed her around and such before during an argument.

You seem to be completely forgetting that she at a house that she was prohibited from being at, that she went to her car (ie:left the house), retrieved a gun (from her car), returned to the house that she was prohibiited from being at, and then fired said gun.

Your tears of frustration are life to the tree of truth, which you appear to be scared of.

Please provide the legal proof that says she had a restraining order against her to enter the house.

And even IF what you state is true, how does that nullify the "stand your ground" law? Remember, Zimmerman was told the cops didn't need him to continue following Martin....yet he did, which resulted in the fatal incident.

So Zimmerman gets a pass, but the black woman doesn't....yeah, sounds like something YOU would be alright with.
