The Trump Presidency Is Now History. So How Will It Rank?

By far the most blatantly corrupt and incompetent presidencies of the modern era (since TR).

Presidents through much of the 1800s, particularly before Lincoln, did not have as much power nor were they expected as much to act as the bully pulpit for leadership. Pierce was arguably as incompetent but not willfully mendacious like trump. WH Harrison died within 30 dayss.....I would've definitely preferred that performance from trump as well. So even Harrison wasn't worse. Hell, Harrison gave everybody an easy trial-run for the whole presidential-death-succession process for a democracy, so he was a boon compared to drumpf.

I think Johnson's racism and efforts to halt reconstruction before it started ultimately make him a worse human than Trump, but not by much.

Not knowing how honest the history will be written it is not possible to say how Trump will be ranked. We are colossal liars now, all too often willfully ignorant.

So, Lincoln was good!?

He got 600,000 + Americans killed.

All we in the North got out of the deal was Southern welfare states who love war & they unleashed Blacks on the North.

I know Trump was corrupt. I know Trump abused his office. I know Trump betrayed thousands of RWNJs who now blame Trump for their arrests.

The White House press office revealed that Trump would on Tuesday “work from early in the morning until late in the evening” and “make many calls and have many meetings.”

4 long years of "many calls" and "many meetings", meanwhile watching FOX and friends, hannity and carlson.
