They do indeed. And they also know the inherent danger in it, which is why they are so adamant about getting one of their own installed on the bench.
They know both sides can play that game. Though a textualist almost by definition, can't be an activist judge because his first priority is the written word, so to speak. And the words in the document may or may not be amenable to the political agenda.
But if Hillary get her way and stacks the Court it will essentially become a nine member legislative body---with a liberal bent.

Counting and recounting CHADS for weeks and months in an attempt to defraud the will of THE PEOPLE after having already publicly announced that the state of FLA. goes to Gore....inferring there is no need for the west coast folks to support his opponent. Gore refusing to concede (while attempting to claim plausible deniability using his political allies in the state of Fla. as a shield to hide behind in demanding a re-count in only 4 heavily held DEMOCRAT counties) and demanding recount after recount while attempting to disallow the military overseas votes. But as always..even with recent history, the attempt is to RE-VISE it with communist propaganda. Reality check: The courts had to step in and demand a state wide re-count, but that was refused on appeal and ended up going all the way to the SCOTUS (who had no business in Fla. politics to begin with...it should have been allowed to stand with a total state re-count...hell even the leftists at ASK WIKI conclude that Bush would have won a total recount....thus..the DEMOCRAT APPEAL)
The question is....why was the courts involved in a supposed "free election" in the 1st place...if you communists accept the election results with humility as FEIGNED? Why did it take weeks and months to count and recount and LMAO count chads over and over and over? Priceless.
