The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) was established by Congress through the Communications Act of 1934, consolidating various communications regulatory functions into a single agency.


I have an FCC license and I was mandated to pass a 13 wpm Morse Code test and a test of the FCC rules and regulations and radio and electronic circuit analysis.

The FCC is mandated by Congress to enforce the “in the public interest” clause and they determined that Kimmel was not operating in the public interest by lying about the shooter being a right wing person.

Since Kirk was shot by a left wing loon, it was necessary to ensure the public (in the public interest) knew the truth.

NBC had numerous options and they chose the right one…to shut Kimmel down…in the public interest, but more so in their own financial interest.

If you don’t like the FCC Commissioner’s public statement about this matter, elect a Congress that can change the mandate to “not operate in the public interest.”

Have Damo explain this, he gets it and you don’t.
