In a hearing on September 30, 2020, Senator Cruz asked Comey if he’d ever acted as or facilitated leaks from the FBI, he answered “no.” He was then asked if he would like to revise or amend his testimony to give him a second chance. He said he stood by it. For any normal person, this is a slam dunk

So now all you have to do is prove Comey had someone from the FBI leak documents. Remember at the same time he testified he had his friend from college leak documents, so it is important that they be from the FBI.
