The facts are not on Comey's side

It was in a hermetically sealed mayonnaise jar on Funk & Wagnall's Porch.
The reality, the protections on commercial grade data centers are extremely weak compared to the protections required on servers that are going to, and this one did, handle classified information. Even after the bleach bit they found over 100 emails that had information that was classified at the time she sent them.
It was not even a commercial data center.
She failed to protect classified information, the FBI stated the server had been compromised, this handling of this server was against the law,
This part is correct.
and had I done this when I had clearances and worked in SCIFs in the Navy I would have gone to prison.
As Hillary should have. Hillary also destroyed evidence.
I watched folks get punished, sometimes even jail time, for simple mistakes when handling classified information, let alone a purposeful violation of the law (using a private server for government email itself was a violation, let alone putting classified info on it). What she did was a flat violation of the law and should have been prosecuted, if we are to pretend that there are not "two different justice systems" then she would have.
Agreed.
IMHO, we need to hold our representatives to even higher standards than we expect from the proles rather than constantly let them walk free because of who they marry or what job they happened to have held. It should be the "proles" that get the benefit of the doubt, not the "powerful" folks that we elect to represent us.
Agreed.

They took a shot at him and failed. Now because of Daffy Donald's revenge tour, they are trying it again. This time, Trump has even worse lawyers because good ones want no part of this fiasco. This is a week from the statute of limitations stopping it. Rightys never know how badly they are manipulated and they never will.
Zionism is our main pernicious manipulation.

Cisco server with a hardware firewall?
It wasn't a Cisco server. It was a PC. There is no such thing as a 'hardware firewall'. Firewalls are software.
Like I said, that's only 2nd to a hardened Linux server with a hardware firewall.
There is no such thing as a 'hardware firewall'. Firewalls are software. The server was running Windows, not Linux.
I guarantee the server this thing runs on isn't that secure. A hardware firewall is a separate computer to filter things.
There is no such thing as a 'hardware firewall'. Firewalls are software. In Linux, it is the NAT forwarding package.
Think of it as Cloudflare on steroids and set to the user's desires, but it's a smaller computer next to the one you're running.
It was not cloud anything. It was a PC in her home running Windows.

Link-? I know I'm right about this. :|
It being in her home and her having classified emails on it are a fact and a problem.
Hacking past a Cisco server with a hardware firewall is also a big problem for 99.6% of hackers in the world.
Doing the same with a hardened Linux server is about 99.9% of all hackers will be denied.
Yeah, I pulled those numbers outta my ass, but they're not far off.
FBI records are not a link. There was no Cisco server (which runs Linux, BTW). There is no such thing as a 'hardware firewall'. Firewalls do not deny anyone. That is not their function. Making up numbers and using them as 'data' is a fallacy.

:rolleyes2::BKick:
It requires a second computer, numbnuts.

Not a day in prison?! We'll see what our laws that everyone is supposed to follow or face the consequences is made of, that is something that will come out of this, however good or bad it may be.
I give our law system about a 65% success rate.
Math error. Failure to specify boundary. Failure to specify randX.
Law is not a system.

An indictment is not a conviction.

In a hearing on September 30, 2020, Senator Cruz asked Comey if he’d ever acted as or facilitated leaks from the FBI, he answered “no.” He was then asked if he would like to revise or amend his testimony to give him a second chance. He said he stood by it. For any normal person, this is a slam dunk

Remember, nobody is above the law. Not even former FBI directors whose family is littered throughout the justice department.

They only thing that would have made this better would be if they did a pre-dawn raid to haul him away in cuffs and perp walk his sorry ass
They had to dig up a lawyer with zero prosecutorial experience to even take this case - the facts are ALL against the trump cult and for Comey. Every legal expert says so.

When even FOX is against you, it's time to pack up your Nazi tent and take your clown show somewhere else, trumptard!

Not true

Bondi has to prove McCabe was accurate in his testimony and that Comey directly contradicted McCabe to Cruz, ain’t happening, the 2018 IG report examined the accusation and found it void

Try to keep up
Actually, all Bondi has to prove is that Comey was lying at the time - that he purposefully attempted to mislead congress. It's a heavy lift and it will fail. Comey knows this which is why he released that video: "Come and get me"!

Trump's prosecutor was an insurance lawyer who has never ,ever tried a criminal case. Yeah, my news is lying, yours is telling the truth.
Comey and several other traitors are cooked, boy. That's reality.
The corruption network has been investigated already.
