I question whether a child of 6 can "deliberately" murder someone. It seems like a stretch to say they understand the ramifications of murder. I doubt many experts would believe they can form legal intent.

Meanwhile, the obvious crime Serendip(or whatever he is calling himself) is ignoring. Allowing a 6 year old access to a gun is clearly criminal recklessness. Reckless disregard is a form of legal intent.

I wonder why Serendip is so eager to cover up the crime here.
