people will find excuses/reasons for their behavior...even if it is hypocritical or consensual

the government draws the line at great bodily harm though...even if it is consensual

i looked up great bodily harm / great bodily injury and found this as California law

not in the apocyrpha......sorry......they say it might have been if anyone had ever seen a copy of it.....but they haven't......so it isn't......

actually, you just did.....as pointed out it isn't in the apocrypha and he didn't quote it except to identify the Borborites in his list of heresies......
