Black population has been a stable percentage (13%) since abortion was legalized. Asians are considered to be White according to Leftists Identity politics. They are an extremely small minority, but get banned from our Leftist colleges based on their race.

The Browning the Left cheers is from Hispanics and latinos, ... who are Southern European whites. They even had to invent an extra race to create more divisions, ... i.e. the gov't separates whites as Hispanic Whites and Non-Hispanic Whites.

Plenty of blacks in South America, Brazil alone took 5 million slaves from Africa. Then there is the descendants of the indigenous populations, the Spanish didn't succeed in wiping them all out.
