So if Florida is the “State of Freedom,” as DeSantis propagandizes,

I have never once heard "The state of freedom".

I have heard "The free state of Florida".

Am I the only one?

And we’ve come full circle…Post #84

Why would we expect him to be any different. I view Markwayne Mullin’s Twitter and Facebook. I get a kick out of reading the responses to the posts on those accounts seeing the 20% who didn’t vote for him chastising him for not forsaking the will of the 80% that did and voting for the 20% agenda. I’m like…What do they expect?

Similarly I don’t expect DeSantis to be any different in regards to what he touts as being “free.” You may not agree with him…the 50% who voted against him (actually more like 50.5%) may not, but the folks who voted for him … they love it … and likely agree wholeheartedly with him. Propaganda? Maybe…in fact, likely from where you sit. Smart and politically expedient? Almost definitely.

I mean, I’d vote for the guy for president over Biden or most any democrat the national party trots out.

In some ways we are saying the same thing, but I don’t like candidates who lie and abuse families for culture wars, even if I agree with what they might accomplish.

To call your restrictions “Freedom” and the other sides “Socialism” is a lie. They are two sides of the same coin.

DeSantis is using undocumented aliens the same way that Hitler used the Jews to promote his Fascist ideology. and the freedom that DeStantis is referring to is for the extreme right to inflict what ever harm they want on those that they don't like.
