Many of those on food stamps (EBT) also have kids that qualify for free school lunch. Redundancy seems to be a problem. If the family is receiving funds through food stamps to buy food, why are they also receiving free lunch?

What children are starving in the US? Most poor children in the US are fat. Who are these parents that would permit their children to starve? Are they blameless?
