I'm not a big fan of AOC, but she is right about one thing. We always have money for wars and helping out the rich. We only have empty pockets when it comes to helping working-class Americans.
Not at all. You can accept that someone is heartless without thinking something is their responsibility. I also know that it's not my responsibility to pay to take care of other people's kids. The reason I don't mind is because I'm a decent person.
I don't. If parents can't afford to feed their kids, then child services should take their kids away. However, we can also make it easier for parents living in poverty to take care of their kids.

If you were a decent person, you'd provide the funding voluntarily instead of considering doing something required by law as the same thing.
I don't care if the kids stay with the parents or they're taken away as long as those of us that aren't their parents aren't required to feed them.
Any parent who has children that they can’t afford to provide food, shelter and clothing is guilty of child abuse.
Charity is a private matter. Our Catholic Charities feeds hundreds of hungry children in my area.
Lefties like Stone believe paying taxes you're required to pay by law as being compassionate.

I am not responsible for feeding your children.
If you are too poor to provide food for your children or buy drugs and alcohol instead of food, don’t have children until you can afford to care for your own children.

I'm not saying you're responsible, Hurl. I'm saying that I don't mind my taxes being used to help the children, even though I'm not responsible either.
It's called caring about other human beings. But I guess if you don't care about children being shot during shooting sprees, you won't care about this either.
