Saudi Arabia’s bitch!

For doing what all our post WWII Presidents have done? We're they bitches too?

I mean I'm no fan of Trump but let's be honest. He was telling the truth here. We've been kissing Saudi Arabia's ass for oil money since WWII ended. Past administrations might "MIGHT" have made a dog and pony show out of remonstrating the Prince for his naughty behavior but they would have done exactly shit.

We need to stop doing that, and the dog and pony show is better than nothing, at least it is not inbolden the rest of the world

I think that's totally unfair Jarod. Fact is, all of our past modern Presidents, including Obama, would have done the same thing for the same reasons. The difference is Trump tactlessly told the truth as to why.

Wrong.
Past Presidents would have at least given lip-service to the idea that killing Journalists is wrong.

That's right. Look how our Government reacted to Saudi Arabia after their Nationals flew Jets into three major buildings killing thousands. They bent over ass backwards to get Saudia Royal family members and Government officials out of the country safely. If it had been Uruguay those people would have been imprisoned.

At least interrogated.

I have already conceded that point. Big whoop.

1. I just started reading from the beginning and responded. I see now you did mention 'Dog & Pony Show'. So, good, we're on the same page as far as that is concerned.

We have to make a DIFFERENCE between our 'Business' and our 'Morals'.

We do 'Business' with Russia, but condemn Putin on his killing/confinement of Dissidents.
We should do the SAME with Saudi Arabia.

Trump has dismissed the killing as 'No Big Deal'. That's NOT what the USA should be espousing.

If Tuisi Gabbard said he is Saudi Arabia's bitch...

...then he is.

I like her. She makes sense.

nut-bag, why don't you tell us what you think Trump should do to the crown Prince?

What the Crown did is what they do over there. You mess with them they might take you out in the public square and behead you.

Where's your sympathy for

or does it only matter when it's someone CNN told you mattered

seriously man, stop with the fake humanitarian stuff, it's nauseating

The Saudis had nothing to do with 9-11.. That was al Qaeda.. the sworn enemy of KSA.

AQ is steeped in Muslim Brotherhood beliefs.. and that's what's up again .. with Qatar and Turkey out to trash KSA.

Khashoggi was calling for the overthrow of the Saud.. and advocating for the Muslim Brotherhood. This suits Qatar and Turkey just fine.

will one of you nut-bags answer my question, what should Trump do to the Prince?

I love these people that talk trash but have no coherent thoughts beyond bitching

pompeo said it best:

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said

"It's a mean, nasty world out there — the Middle East in particular. There are important American interests.
To keep the American people safe. To protect Americans ... It is the president's obligation ... to ensure we adopt policies that further America's national security."

Trump is practicing realpolitic -i would expect nothing less

According to Zelikow, what they found does not substantiate the arguments made by the Joint Inquiry and by the 9/11 families in the lawsuit against the Saudis. He characterized the twenty-eight pages as “an agglomeration of preliminary, unvetted reports” concerning Saudi involvement. “They were wild accusations that needed to be checked out,” he said.

Zelikow and his staff were ultimately unable to prove any official Saudi complicity in the attacks. A former staff member of the 9/11 Commission who is intimately familiar with the material in the twenty-eight pages recommends against their declassification, warning that the release of inflammatory and speculative information could “ramp up passions” and damage U.S.-Saudi relations.

Who did they bail out?

Trump is stupid about the oil price, BTW... $54 a barrel is bad for US oil producers.

Why is that bad?

American Oil Investors, Engineers, Drilling companies, and wildcatters won't even bother to get off their ass if the cost of crude is over $100!

That is their bottom line and cutoff point.

It has been for about the last 40 some odd years!

No, they were initially classified, then they were finally declassified and released. This report still does not give all the details, the government still sits on over 100,000 pages they won’t release.

they were removed from the report because they are unverified.
Political pressure for "Families of 9-11' got them released
