Roe V Wade has been overturned.

no that's not "mansplaining" it's the law. the fact you dont understand the basics of implied rights are temporal vs enumerated are permanent shows you are clueless on basic Constitutional review

"They can just drive to another state" and "they should be more responsible" is referring to "the law?"

You're trying to cover for the fact that your previous response was wrong. It didn't work.

I never use talking points. You just disagree w/ me, then get all flustered & start just calling names.

It's silly.
now you are in denial. you are nothing but LW talking points.
Why dont you refute the Constitutional review of privacy rights being implied and therefore temporal?

Nah - I'm not even left wing.

Why don't you do that? I'm talking about how we're an inherently patriarchal society, and how women just lost control of their own bodies.

abortions are not supposed to be routine birth control. Your party until recently said they were suppose to be “Safe, legal, and rare” . you want abortion on demand as a right.
It doesn't exist in the text -they are still legal/safe but under state control
this is the law

I was just about to say, "I'll bet he moves the goalposts."

Well, I'll own you all day every day in a debate, but I've never seen you post a meme. I like to keep things real.

You don't "just post memes". So there's that. :dunno:

They testified under oath that RvW was settled law, so what changed in the last few years to unsettle it?

The Trump Supreme Court justices changed it, Miss Marple.

Settled Law has been changed...slavery...segregation.

It remained settled law for 50 years until a Supreme Court with justices who actually believe that the Supreme Court is the final authority for decision making.

Same sex marriage is not one of the enumerated powers either. It will be revisited.

and i'm sure you would feel the very same way if a liberal justice swore the same thing about the 2nd Amendment, then turned around and overturned individual rights, right? hypocrite?

Do you feel better now that you launched an insult? This decision was inconsistent. The justices were against states' rights about guns and for states' rights on abortion, and I bet you're just as inconsistent. This was a politically-motivated decision, pure and simple.

Earl, OiL Companies are sitting on over 6.000 leases currently that they are not even acting on.

Oil companies do not want to invest in drilling right now-
as they are happy to buy crude.

That is surprising to me, as the price is up on crude where they like it. The thing is, they make more money in profits to buy it., and keep the manufacturing of gasoline process held back to purposely cause a shortage and be able to make even higher profits.

The problem comes from not making gasoline fast enough- not from a crude shortage.

So let's all get on the same page here! The problem is obvious now- ASK ANY ECONOMIST OR OIL EXECUTIVE!

In my opinion, Biden should be working with the Oil Companies to give them Tax incentives to build new Modern Refineries with less pollutants going up in the air.

Oil companies love tax incentives- and we need the gasoline- and benzene causes cancer!

The Republicans would love to have this Tax Break for the Oil Companies to use as a victory and success on their record. They could use it now for 2022!

It's a Win/Win deal for every American.
Why would they want to invest in something that Biden promised to shut down????

You should keep looking to imaginary entities to save you, Earl, because real, decent people aren't going to do it.
I think it's time you go back on ignore.

I'll take me and my God over you and your silly leftist dumbassery any day of the year. We'll kick your ass like you've never had it kicked before, too.

stare decisis is settled law, but that doesn't mean it's an enumerated right. I recall Roe decision.
they sort of came up with an implied right to privacy as the reasoning for declaring it a right..
they had to hang their hat on something

I dont think it makes any sense to unwind Roe, but stare decisis is not bound over by future courts
like enumerated rights. There is really nothing in the Constitution except perhaps the 4th on privacy rights
but that's more about unreasonable intrusions by the government on your papers and effects.

"Abortion on demand" is hyperbole. Women have rights over their bodies and it's not up to anyone else to mischaracterize their decisions as demands.
