Indeed, as I said, God help us.
You should keep looking to imaginary entities to save you, Earl, because real, decent people aren't going to do it.
I think it's time you go back on ignore.

I corrected it, you are tge o pine that lost my tutorial taped to your forehead,
no that's not "mansplaining" it's the law. the fact you dont understand the basics of implied rights are temporal vs enumerated are permanent shows you are clueless on basic Constitutional review
now you are in denial. you are nothing but LW talking points.I never use talking points. You just disagree w/ me, then get all flustered & start just calling names.
It's silly.

Why dont you refute the Constitutional review of privacy rights being implied and therefore temporal?
They swore no such thing, they said that they respect settled law.
Settled law changes...see segregation.

abortions are not supposed to be routine birth control. Your party until recently said they were suppose to be “Safe, legal, and rare” . you want abortion on demand as a right."They can just drive to another state" and "they should be more responsible" is referring to "the law?"
You're trying to cover for the fact that your previous response was wrong. It didn't work.

It doesn't exist in the text -they are still legal/safe but under state control
this is the law

They testified under oath that RvW was settled law, so what changed in the last few years to unsettle it?
and i'm sure you would feel the very same way if a liberal justice swore the same thing about the 2nd Amendment, then turned around and overturned individual rights, right? hypocrite?
Why would they want to invest in something that Biden promised to shut down????Earl, OiL Companies are sitting on over 6.000 leases currently that they are not even acting on.
Oil companies do not want to invest in drilling right now- as they are happy to buy crude.
That is surprising to me, as the price is up on crude where they like it. The thing is, they make more money in profits to buy it., and keep the manufacturing of gasoline process held back to purposely cause a shortage and be able to make even higher profits.
The problem comes from not making gasoline fast enough- not from a crude shortage.
So let's all get on the same page here! The problem is obvious now- ASK ANY ECONOMIST OR OIL EXECUTIVE!
In my opinion, Biden should be working with the Oil Companies to give them Tax incentives to build new Modern Refineries with less pollutants going up in the air.
Oil companies love tax incentives- and we need the gasoline- and benzene causes cancer!
The Republicans would love to have this Tax Break for the Oil Companies to use as a victory and success on their record. They could use it now for 2022!
It's a Win/Win deal for every American.

stare decisis is settled law, but that doesn't mean it's an enumerated right. I recall Roe decision. They testified under oath that RvW was settled law, so what changed in the last few years to unsettle it?
