But let's also be very clear on this; this whole tragic and violent episode could have been prevented if the police and National Guard were allowed to do their jobs and not handcuffed by leftist Government hacks.

When government refuses to do it's job protecting lives and properties, then the citizens have no choice by to take matters unto their own hands.

I think the judge needs a dictionary! Courts are no place for the childish game of playing semantics.

I would like to know exactly what choice of words he would personally use to describe the two dead people and one seriously injured at the hands of the shooter- if they are not to be referred to as victims in this case in THIS JUDGES HOLIER-THAN THOU COURTROOM- BY HIS RULE.

Victims are simply that- VICTIMS- even if the shooter shot them by accident, on purpose- or they were shot legally, or illegally- regardless to whether the shooting proves to be justifiable or not justifiable in the eyes of the court. The proper legal term in a courtroom for the dead and injured at the hands of another is VICTIM.

Even in police shootings, that are justified, the dead or injured are referred to as victims as a result of a police shooting.

Even if the ones dead shot themselves in the head by their own hand- THEY WOULD BE A VICTIM OF SUICIDE.

I mean, if a judge is so stupid to not only know standard legal terms and definitions- or deny their use in his court- then I am not sure he should be residing over this court.

But there is also a term of "Playing Victim", that is also a legal term that this judge seems to not know or understand.

Perhaps this judge would like to write his own dictionary that defines the word victim as - Someone who is accused of shooting people!

It seems the dead and injured are not victims and they are the ones on trial here in this KANGAROO court! No one is allowed to defend the dead or injured here in this judges court- or even refer to them as victims.

But it is OK to call the shooter a victim by his lawyer team in this Judges court. Because "PLAYING VICTIM" is the entire thrust of the killer's defense. May we use the term Killer- since he actually did kill people- or is that not allowed either in this Kangaroo Court?

He was defending his local community from rampaging, leftist scum - violent animals from communist, paramilitary organizations like BLM and Antifa.

He was on his own - and he marched right into the midst of the human shit who were attacking his community to them know that not everyone was going sit back and let them trash and terrorize his home with impunity. That took a lot of courage. He was armed, sure. WHY the fuck wouldn't he be when he was confronting violent, low IQ criminals ?
